Mansi Srivastava is an Indian Television actress, who rose to popularity through her work in Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, Ishqbaaz, Sasural Simar ka and more.
Early Life & Family
Mansi was born to Amulya Kumar, in Gurgaon (now, Gurugram). From the very beginning, Mansi was passionate about traveling and dancing. It is one of the reasons to get her interested in acting.
She did her schooling from Little Flower Convent School, in Panchkula. And then her higher secondary schooling from Govt. Model Sr. Sec School, in Chandigarh. As a student, she was a bright one. She scored 94% in her 12th grade.
And at the age of 22, Mansi went to Bombay to pursue her dream, acting. She began her career with some big brands’ commercials on TV, like, Nivea, Lays, Fair and Lovely and many more. And it was in 2012 that she got her first break.
Relationships
Mansi had been in a brief relationship with her co star, and Ishqbaaz fame, Mohti Abrol, for six years as they met each other while they were working for a airline company. They got engaged in August 21, 2016. However, the couple broke up last year on July due to rising conflicts between them.

Srivastava began her career with Channel V’s Suvreen Guggal – Topper of the year, where she got to play the role of Jasleen Guggal. She was also seen in the year 2012, in Star Plus’ crime detective show, Arjun, as Payal Verma. In 2013, she got her major break in Zee TV’s Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, where she played the role of Shivani Rana, along with Arhaan Behl, who also played the lead, Raghu Seharia. The show largely appreciated by the masses, until 2013, when the show ended. She was also seen as Parvati in Zee TV’s Neeli Chhatri Waale.
In the year 2016, she was seen in Colors TV’s popular, Sasural Simar Ka, as she played the character of Dr. Prerna. As the show was criticized by many, for its bizarre content and happenings, it ended on 2nd March 2018, completing over 2000 episodes.
Srivastava was also seen in MTV’s Yeh hai Ashiqui, Pyaar Tune Kya kiya, and MTV Big F.
In 2018, she portrayed Bhavya Pratap Rathore in Ishqbaaz along with Mohit Abrol.
As of now, Mansi had been playing the role of Mahek in Colors TV’s Vidya.
Controversies/Affairs/Why in News?
Though Mansi isn’t much of a controversy person, her controversy with her ex-fiance, Mohit Abrol is a prominent one. Apparently, Abrol accused Mansi of cheating her and both of them went on to the social media to state their sayings, and opinions. The couple were dating for six long years as they got engaged. And after that, they were together for almost three more years.
