Ankita Srivastava is an Indian actress who worked in both films and web series. She debuted with her first film ‘welcome back’ in 2015. This film gave fame and recognition to her. She also recently appeared in a series called ‘mujse shaadi kroge’ in 2020. Ankita is also a great model.
The first season of her serial was aired on colors Indian channel. Ankita Srivastava was also seen performing in a stand-up sketch comedy ‘oye-stand up’ and has been featured on on over fifty television commercials. She started her career by modelling. Ankita Srivastava was born on 25 May, 1991 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in India. There is not much information about her family but her mother belongs to a royal family of Sandhila. Ankita did her schooling from Lucknow. Later to pursue her career in modelling she shifted to Delhi. Then she moved to Mumbai and did many photo shoots and made her catalog shoots and fashion shows to step forward in her career.
Ankita admire Sridevi the most and wants to prove herself the most glamorous actor in Bollywood industry. She did many auditions for films and serials and finally got selected for the film, ‘welcome back’ in 2015. This was the film which made her more famous and she earned fame through this film.
Her favorite stars in Bollywood are Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan. Ankita belongs to a Brahmin Hindu family. She had a interest in acting and modelling since her childhood. She is very close to her family and especially with her mother and often posts about her mother on social media.

She played the role as Poonam, one of the three daughter of Sarbjit.
Ankita worked with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who played the lead role in the film and Ankita was one of the major character of this movie. Her another movies include- ‘gangoobai’ (2013), ‘life’s good’ in 20012. She also worked in serials such as – ‘mujhse shaadi kroge’ in 2020 and ‘piya ke aangan’ in 2009 and ‘dastaan-e-mohabbat Salim Anarkali’ in 2018. ‘Piya ke aangan’ was her first television serial and recently she was seen as a contestant in ‘mujse shaadi kroge’ on colors, an Indian channel.
